When you book a service, submit an enquiry, or request a quotation with Livity Projects Inc., we collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work requested. When you pay online, our payment processor (MMG Mobile Money) handles your payment details directly; we do not store your card or mobile money credentials.
We use the information we collect to schedule and carry out cleaning services, communicate with you about your booking, issue quotations and invoices, and follow up on completed jobs. We keep financial records of invoices, receipts, payments, and job expenses for accounting and tax purposes, using QuickBooks Online as our accounting system. This means relevant transaction details (such as customer name and amounts) may be shared with and stored in QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share information only as needed to provide our services — for example, with our accounting system (QuickBooks Online) for financial record-keeping, and with our payment processor (MMG) to process payments you initiate.
We retain booking, enquiry, and financial records for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
